SoLux Lighting Accessories For Low Voltage Lamps

To achieve a wider beam spread with a softer light, order the plano-convex diffuser. The plano-convex diffuser doubles the beam spread of a SoLux bulb. For example, a 24 degree beam spread becomes a 48 degree beam spread with the plano-convex diffuser. The resulting center beam intensity will decrease by a third due to the diffuse wider beam.

To soften light only, order the plano-plano diffuser. The beam intensity will decrease by half.

The filter clip secures the plano-convex diffuser, plano-plano diffuser, and honeycomb louver to the SoLux bulb. The filter clip is not necessary with the track light fixtures.

The bulb shield blocks light from coming out from back of bulb.

The Honeycomb Louver is used to reduce stray light coming out of the bulb. Place it over the bulb and you will not be able to see the light exiting the source unless you are directly in its path.
